I say Arts – but this is really where I selectively mention my other creative hobbies, fun experiences that inspires my designs and discovering little quirks on the tools that I use which influences my innovative side.
I've finally figured out how to create a Figma button prototype that can contain the following attributes: hover state, press down state, upon click the button reverts back to its default state and be able to hyperlink either internally OR externally.
Now, just waiting for Figma's new update to see if they had either improved or overwrote my findings.
Based in Canary Wharf, I specifically went to see this since immersive art has become a recent trend. Place is a bit smaller than I expected, my fav part are those lights.
I enjoy visiting museums, aquariums and galleries that interest me to make my brain think creatively.
An encounter at a small park to discover there were these dazzling guide dog statues around. This one is my fav, because you can see the braille on them. Now, I know we can't climb them but can we touch them…it's braille right?
Seeing simple things like this would make me think of user experiences for everyday lives.
Script was created with the use of AI to test how far it can go at the time for an advent calendar in 2023; voice acting for this was a lot of fun.
I'm the amateur that wears glasses (all of them wears glasses huh) well, maybe the one with the short dark hair female avatar. Kudos to the team that all pitched in.
Occasionally something different yet also still 'an art' could open up your mind to more creative experiences.
An original comic/manga drawn by me for the Tezuka Manga Contest (100th Anniversary Oversea Department Special Award) in 2020, hosted by Shueisha & Medibang.
The contest was on-going from May to 1st September (Japan time) yet I had only found out about it at the last minute so I only had 2 months to complete this. I think I drew around 43 pages for this. (Black & White comics help me picture non-chromatic experiences for the colour-blind.)
By now, you'll have a fair idea I dabble on illustrations from time to time.
