In case you're still feeling lost, this is the web portfolio of Shiu-Yee Amy Chu (SYAC) aka, that's me. And yes, that's also me in the pic, this is as less camera-shy as I can get! 

My design journey began from being enamoured on figuring out how animated gifs work on webpages to how websites were built. Graphic design work came along the way with my interest towards how comics and books where printed.

My introduction to UX was due to the growing curiosity of wanting to know how one gets feedback from users. I studied Google's UX design course which was newly available at the time. From there I learnt how to conduct user research, brainstorm and create workflows to how it could meet the user's end goals and needs.

I've been applying my UX skills into my digital work, constantly thinking how users would behave when using a product to solving problems on tested user interactions based on their feedback.
